[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Duplicate PAN card issuance with address change | |||||
I had applied for a duplicate PAN card to be issued with a request to change the address in Jan 2017..required fee was paid online and documents sought for the transaction were shared with Income Tax PAN Services Unit(Managed by NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Ltd), Pune. Having acknowledged receipt of documents, on 30th March-I received communication that there is discrepancy in my application that supporting documents for address proof/fathers name/identity/date of birth not submitted - while I submitted a passport copy, which is listed as the document for all of the above. Tried reaching their call centre at[protected] and it's useless while mail responses are pathetically slow. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||||
