NSDL E-Governance Infrastructure — ESign failing

Hello,
I wanted to change details (surname) on my PAN and for that I had selected e-KYC & eSign option.

I entered all the relevant details and made the payment. After that I continued to complete the KYC & entered the OTP and submitted. After that I was redirected for eSign page and upon clicking the "Continue with eSign" link, I am being redirected to some "https://esign.egov-nsdl.com/nsdl-esp/authenticate/esign-doc/" link which doesn't work and I get

"This site can’t be reached.
esign.egov-nsdl.com refused to connect."

Kindly help me here as I am unable to proceed with the form.
