    I have applied for pan surname change via the esign/ekyc mode and have also made the payment on 12th May 2023.

    Additionally, I have also received an email from them with the receipt and the acknowledgement PDF.

    However, when I am trying to check the status for the PAN change request via the acknowledgement number provided by them, it is showing that "Sorry, no record found".

    Please check my application.

    My PAN card number is CNXPD6607A

      I was registering for NPS via enps . i updated all the details and uploaded all the docs. Then I tried for payment but I got stuck . After few days I tried but still same issue.

      Issue : The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you to wait for the re-try of payment process for registration in NPS #

        I have done all step and pay money but didn't receive message

        I have applied for pan card online with option e-kyc authentication through aadhar.
        The form was submitted successfully with correct details and payment made via e-banking. But i did not receive otp for aadhar authentication. Pan applied on[protected]
        Please check this and revert at the earliest as this is urgent!

            I have registered with the NPS and also made the first payment and E sign procedure, then I received an Email about my PRAN number but when I first try to login it requires password which I haven't set the registration process. Then I tried to generate the password and I am getting a error "PRAN number not found in the database" kindly assist.

              My Pan Card Fee is Not Refunded

              I applied for new pan card and filled all details online
              After submitted and Paid Pan Card fee the form
              Token:- [protected]
              our e-KYC /e-Sign based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC /e-Sign mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days....

              Hi.
              I have created the nps account of tier - 1 type. And pran is also generated. But while setting ipin or while login, i am getting error as pran not found in database.

              Could you please help me with this. As i'm not able to access, or even check the contribution made for this pran.

                Issue - During application for a New PAN Card : I have provided all documents through e-sign option, and have had 106 Rupees deducted from my bank account for the same. When It moved to the generate OTP authentication stage, no matter how many times I click regenerate OTP or how long I wait, no OTP is received on either my mobile or email account.

                Please provide a solution for the same as I require my PAN Card ASAP.

                  I have created NPS Tier 1 account today and got PRAN generated but when i tried to login/reset password I'm keep getting error as PRAN not found in Database

                    I paid 107rs but now i am not able to complete the e-sign process as when i click on complete the e-sign, i am redirected to a new webpage which does not open

                        ESign failing

                        Hello,
                        I wanted to change details (surname) on my PAN and for that I had selected e-KYC & eSign option.

                        I entered all the relevant details and made the payment. After that I continued to complete the KYC & entered the OTP and submitted.                         I have created account in NPS on 23rd April 2023 with PRAN number[protected]. Since then I have been trying to login in the account after reseting the password. But even after several attemts, I am unable to do it. Every time it shows invalid ID/IPIN & password.

                          Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                          I applied for my PAN card on 24/04/2023. Since I'm a minor I've been told that it would take some time to get my pan number, but I need to apply for student loan as the deadlines are approaching for abroad Universities. the pan number is very much required for my loan application form.
                          I even check the status of my PAN card, but it shows the below message.

                          "We have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your PAN application. Kindly submit the requisite documents to NSDL to enable us to process your PAN application at the earliest. For further details, please read the guidelines and instructions or contact TIN Call Center at[protected]"

                          Kindly return to me ASAP regarding the same. I would appreciate all the help I'd get.
                          I have even emailed nsdl regarding this.
                          I hope to get a helpful and a quick response to this.

                            TAN number allotment

                            I applied for a TAN number on March 22, 2023. On March 23, 2023 I received an email from [protected]@nsdl.co.in giving me an acknowledgement number [protected]. I have been visiting their website regularly but all it says is "your application for TAN is under process at Income Tax Department". Visited to IT Office, Laxmi Nager, New Delhi but they say the TAN is under process at NSDL not them. Visit to NSDL Corporate office did not give any result;...

                            My Pan E-Kyc/E-sign otp limit exceed, now i am not able to proceed further please suggest me what i can do next.

                            Here it the error of notification when trying to re-apply.
                            Incorrect OTP. You have exceed maximum number of limits to generate OTP. Hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC/e-sign mode.

                              On date 15/04/2023 i paid ₹106.90 two times in favour of PAN card correction charges at NSDL website but the website showed the Payment Failed. The money was deducted from my bank account both times. But i had to pay third time for successful payment. So i made payments total 3 times
                              In total ₹213.80 was deducted without any reason.

                              I am asking for refund for those paid amount.

                              Your grievance website is not working nor the e-mail. Please refund my money i have already complaint on consumer complaints website and wrote an e-mail but nothing responded

                                On 20th April Monday 2023, i filled up the form to make a correction in pan card with token number of [protected] and also paid the payment of
