I have applied for pan surname change via the esign/ekyc mode and have also made the payment on 12th May 2023.
Additionally, I have also received an email from them with the receipt and the acknowledgement PDF.
However, when I am trying to check the status for the PAN change request via the acknowledgement number provided by them, it is showing that "Sorry, no record found".
