[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — esign/kyc verified pan application status shows no record found | |||
Sir/madam, I have applied for name pan card on 29th october 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below. "thank you for using online facility for pan application. If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents." My acknowledgement number is N-[protected]. I submitted the application online for PAN card and with e-sign.But when i check status it shows no records found.The site says there is no need to send physical documents and i didn't send any.Please check the matter.

Your PAN card has been dispatched on 24-Oct-2018 by Speed Post vide airway bill no. EA163902110IN
I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign aadhar verification process.
The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp two times and
It kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'
