Dear Sir, i have paid online fee for New PAN card, but it deduct from my account successfully but shows "your transaction cancel and refund please make a fresh payment". i paid again and show the same massage. the fees deduct from my account twice time and the application show pending fees. please refund my amount (117.35+117.35=234.70/-) to my account. detail is mention below Token no.
