[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — I still haven't received my pan card | |||||
It's almost 1 month i've submitted my pan application for change from minor to major on 24th october 2019 but it's still not processed. From about 15 days its showing this message "your request for 'new pan card and/or change/correction in pan data' has been marked for audit by itd and sent back to nsdl for examination'". NSDL provide very bad Service, i applied for pan card for 23rd August, 2019, i regularly followed up with NSDL customer Care for Last one month, but still i have not received any satisfied answer from them, They can not answer my mail also, i have in trouble for last few days.
NSDL Customer Care Executive always told me call after 2 to 3 days, they can not provide a good service
Income tax department executive told me pan card send back to NSDL and NSDL executive told me pan card is sending by examination under income tax department.

But I have not received any letter. I do not understand what to do?
