Hello sir my pran no is[protected] is inactive.. I ve applied this before my probation period and it's generated. And i received my pran kit. But didn't get pin no envelope. And it's inactive.. How to active my pran account. Now as per govt rule nps should be deducted in probation period so now it's necessary for me that pran no should be active. Pls guide me how to activate my pran no

Dear Swapna,

Your PAN card was returned undelivered to NSDL. The reason for non-delivery as specified by the courier agency is 'Consignee was not available'. The same has been re-dispatched on 24-Sep-2017 by Speed Post vide airway bill no. EA474014728IN
