[Resolved]  NSDL E-Governance Infrastructure — invalid user id error

I'm trying to login to nsdl site (https://cra-nsdl.com/CRA/) using my pran number[protected]. However, the system throws an "invalid user id" error when iogin using the pran number. Though i've been contributing to apy for more than an year, i'm not able to access my statement online using my pran. Please help. Also, l'm not able to reset the password and getting the same error.

Dear sir
Myself Diksha Kumari I have generated PRAN no[protected] POP-SP no 6879062 Receipt no[protected] on dated 4th Dec 2017 but till dated PRAN kit not received .I also check through Nsdl site but showing invalid or incorrect PRAN no so pl check and correct ASAP
