[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — my pan card is misplaced | |||
I requested for a new pan card in the month of dec 2017. I was told on the nsdl site that the card will be delivered by 23dec2017. To my surprise when i call bluedart they tell me that the card was not physically given to them at all. The tracking number on the website is also fake number bluedart says that its an invalid number. But the nsdl argues that bluedart have not returned my card, which is again a fake statement. Between these two issues my card is simply getting delayed and i have been chasing their call center for the past 2 months to no help. It is one of the no sorry the lethargic call centers i have ever worked with. I request the it department to reconsider of handing over this business to other private operator. These people are failing to deliver service in expected timelines. Worlds most lethargic people work here. Was this information helpful? | |||
