Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — new e-pan card | |
Hi, I'm a foreign of indian origin who applied for e-pan card: made an online application & the required payment on 05/08/2020. I sent all the required documents in post & till date haven't heard anything back. Online application status doesn't show my documents received. I have called on their contact centre no one answers & e-mailed twice: no response till date but an automated acknowledgement for my first e-mail as below: * * Dear sir/madam, Thank you for your email. This is an acknowledgement that the email has been received by us with the subject:[external] fwd: pan application - ack. No. N - [protected] dated : 06/08/2020 and the request id assigned to your email is 1490146. * * I'm frustrated by the lack of their response & would like your assistance in this matter.
