[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — New Pan Card Application

I had applied for new pan card after submitting all the documents and filling online form for new pancard my application is rejected and NSDL is telling me to apply again and pay again for new pan card.

Attached is a picture of Email Response given by NSDL. I would like to know what information i have not provided to them.

Dear Naif,

As mentioned in the discrepancy e-mail, "Applicant's Name and Father's Name both are same digitized in PAN Application. Hence you are required to send clarification along with correct documents or re-apply for fresh application". For any further clarification contact us at [protected]@nsdl.co.in or[protected].
