Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — NEW PAN CARD APPLICATION: Your Request cannot be processed, Please Try after sometime.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am Edwin Sebastian Vadakara, and on 5th January 2024, I had applied for a PAN Card through NSDL website. I had filled all the relevant information and followed all the steps. I also made the payment successfully. But for e-sign step, some error occurred after the OTP authentication. I tried to re-login several times from last 5 days, but it is showing 'Your request cannot be processed, please try after some time'

Please look into this as soon as possible.

I think it's your Aadhar Card error about e-kyc so please update your adhar card and try do same process.
