Sir/madam,

I have applied for new pan card on 11 november 2023 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number N-[protected]. On completion of the process i have received message like below.

"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

      Pan fee no refunded

      Address: chennai

      I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my neighbor. I have paid the amount of 106.90 using UPI and the amount got debited on 1/11/2023. But the application was unable to proceed due to mismatch issue. I need my refund, I hereby attach my transaction reference number (ZHD[protected])

      Not receiving refund of pan application

      I had apply for my pan card application online through nsdl portal on 18/10/2023 and my application got failed and my money deducted from bank account. It showed that i will get refund within 7 days but still on 30/10/2023 i didn't received refund.. My registered/temperory token no. Is[protected].Kindly help me out as soon as possible...

        Status: your pan card is under process at tin centre[protected]/46/47/48/49. application incomplete.
        There has been no change in status since oct 3rd. tin center is saying application sent to income tax dept already and docs submitted three times.

          I applied for a new pan card on 19th October 2023. It's 22nd October 2023 today but I still haven't been able to get through aadhar esign verification. It keeps showing "your request cannot be processed. Please try again after sometime."

            Sir my Pran details is not updated in pran database... I can't able to fetch my transaction and I can't even order my new hard copy of Pran card.. It always show like... Ur pran details isn't updated in data base... Kindly solve this issue..

              I recived a message " we have received the documents with reference to your pan application. however, the documents are not valid" then i see my photo is not properly uploded but . but nonw there is not any option to uplode again & my money is also not refund that i again book my pan card. sir what i do . i need my pan card urgent.

                TODAY I CHECK MY PAN CARD STATUS BUT IT IS SHOWING THAT "We have received the documents with reference to your PAN application.However, the documents are not valid" THEN I SEE HOW TO UPLODE PHOTO AGAIN BUT THERE IS NO OPTION TO UPLOPDE AGAIN.                           Hi Team,

                          I applied a PAN card for my firm . I need PAN card number urgently to further process the GST and all. When I check the status it seems like require supporting documents. I submitted the all documents online and sent the required documents over speed post also. but still Pan Number not generated. Could you please help me in that.

                          Details status in pan poratls is :: "We have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your PAN application. Kindly submit the requisite documents to Protean to enable us to process your PAN application at the earliest. For further details, please read the guidelines and instructions or contact TIN Call Center at[protected]"

After returning to site, it showed that the session expired and now i have to refill all the details and redo the payment as your site does not save the draft even after clicking on the save icon.
