NSDL E-Governance Infrastructure — No Acknowledgement post successful payment

I paid twice for NSDL Protean PAN CORRECTION/CHANGE Details application, first on 4th April 2023, second on 6th April 2023, but in both attempts, I paid successfully yet a text was displayed stating

"Your request cannot be processed. Please try after some time using returning user option in Login page"

I request a refund or an acknowledgement for both my payments.

My Token Number was [protected] for the first payment
My Token number was [protected] for the second payment
