[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Non reciept of pan card

Dear sir,

We have applied for pan card of praveda design and development llp. The acknowledgment no is [protected] as filed on 20 january 2017. We have even dispatched the requisite documents to nsdl on 23 january 2017 which was received by nsdl on 27 january 2017. The speed post tracking no is ed[protected]in. I have even called at customer care cell & registered a complaint on 3rd of february 2017 with nsdl. Still we have not received the pan card. It seems the pan department is lethargic and no heed is paid to demand of ease of doing business. It is shocking that if grant of a basic document as pan takes around a month then how the government is stating to us towards its promise of ease of doing business.
We require this on asap basis. Please help us to procure the same.
