I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my family member. Temporary Token are [protected] and [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.116.20+116.20=232.40. using my debit card. MY balance was deducted from the bank on 21/01/2017 but Aadhar verification was not completed due to mobile number is not registered in aadhar card. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note...

      I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my neighbor. Temporary Token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.116.00 using my debit card. MY balance was deducted from the bank on 30/01/2017 but Aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any OTP on their registered Aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. This problem arises due to their OTP verification failure. I need all my money or create a new pan card. they have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of Digital India. Do something for a Change.

        मैंने 26/02/2017 को पैन कार्ड चड़ा रहा था The amount Rs 117.35 was detucted from the account but the message displayed that Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.But I do not have received amount back yet.               महोदय कृपया अवगत कराना है कि मेरा नाम- संदीप यादव, एक्‍नालेजमेन्‍ट नं[protected], पी0आर0एन0 नं0- [protected], पी0ए0ओ0 न[protected] है, मैने दिनांक 16 जून, 2016 में अपने प्रान आवंटन से सम्‍बन्‍धित समस्‍त फार्मो को भर कर एवं मुख्‍य कोषाधिकारी तथा डी0डी0ओ0 से हस्‍ताक्षर कराकर कार्वी डाटा मैनेजमेन्‍ट सर्विस लिमिटेड, (सी0आर0ए0 फेसिलिटेशन सेन्‍टर), 94, एम0जी0 मार्ग, अपोजिट गवर्नर हाउस, हजरतगंज, लखनऊ को भेजा था।
              उपरोक्‍त के सम्‍बन्‍ध में अवगत कराना है कि 07 माह से अधिक का समय व्‍यतीत हो जाने के उपरान्‍त भी अभीतक मेरा प्रान्‍ा नं0 नहीं आवंटित किया गया है। सम्‍बन्‍धित फर्म से बात करने पर उनके द्वारा कोई अच्‍छा रिस्‍पान्‍स भी नहीं दिया जा रहा है। बार-बार फोन कर अपने प्रान्‍ा आवंटन के सम्‍बन्‍ध में पूछे जाने के कारण सम्‍बन्‍धित फर्म द्वारा फोन भी काट दिया जाता है अथवा नहीं उठाया जाता है। कभी कभी फोन लगने पर सायं 05 बजे के बाद फोन करने की बात कही जाती है, सायं को फोन करने पर सुबह 10 बजे के बाद फोन करने की बात कही जाती है।
              सम्‍बन्‍धित फर्म द्वारा इस प्रकार के प्रतिउत्‍तर दिया जाना उचित नहीं है। उन्‍हें प्रार्थी की समस्‍या का तत्‍काल नियमानुसार निस्‍तारण किया जाना चाहिए, किन्‍तु उनके द्वारा इस प्रकार का रवैया अपनाया जाना उचित नहीं प्रतीत होता है।
              अत: अनुरोध है कि कृपया इस सम्‍बन्‍ध में अपने स्‍तर से उचित एवं प्रभावी कार्यवाही करने का कष्‍ट करें।

The allotment of PAN and Issuance of Jurisdiction is done by Income Tax Department. Hence we request you to contact your nearest Income Tax Office to get proper guidance on the matter.

                      Application for change request was made and documents submitted. Acknowledgement no n [protected]. Discrepency raised was addressed. Talked to customer care many times and sent the letters as desired. No response till date. Now the customer care no. Is not reachable and we always get the reply that persons are busy.                             Respected sir i have applied for new pan cards under token numbers [protected] for which rs 117.35 was deducted using internet banking facility of state bank but the message displayed on the screen showed that your amount will be refunded in 6 to 7 days. and then i applied for next pan card under token number [protected] and the amount of rs 111.60 was deducted two times and the message displayed on the screen showed that your amount will be refunded in next seven days. but till now amount has not been refunded in my bank account. kindly look into the matter and reply soon.

                                I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my sister. Temporary Token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.116.20 using my debit card. MY balance was deducted from the bank on 12/01/2017 but Aadhar verification was not completed due to aadhar mobile number registered details are not match registered Aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days." I dont got a refund message from my bank . when i get refund amount of my Pan Application? I need my amount. This is the true failure of Digital India. Do something ...

                                  I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my neighbor. Temporary Token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.116.20 using my debit card. I have got a Rs.5.75 refund message from. where is the amount of my Pan Application? This problem arises due to their OTP verification failure. I need all my money or create a new pan card. they have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of Digital India. Do something for a Change.

                                  I have faced the same issue while processing the pan application token no [protected]
                                  acknowlegment no [protected] . There may be several technical reasons for failure aadhar authentication through otp (sometimes due to slow internet or bad browsers page wont load and due to continuos requests it exceeds limit) . I know you wont give me refund its loss of 100 for me.

                                  Please allow the user to choose option whether proceed
                                  with
                                  1) sending physical documents by post
                                  2) refund of complete application fee by cancelling it because he may reapply after solving his aadhar otp issue linking mobile no or email id properly again as he may not be able to send all documents physically .
                                  3)or verifying his aadhar some other day again incase he provides valid aadhar linked mobile no or email id.

                                  So please update your website regarding this and comfort people to get online .(digital india)

                                  however if possible give me full refund as my case was also same.

                                    I Karma Tshering Lepcha D.O.B - 11.07.1987 had applied for a pan card about a week ago my ack no: [protected]. The cost of applying for a PAN according to my research all over india is Rs.107 . But they charged me rs.150 and everyone else waitin for their turn and I met a person who comes on a daily basis since he collects form from others on a commission basis he told me that it had been ongoing for months. just to be sure ask and call the people with the ack no before mine hopefully most of them.would have the same story of rs.150 being charged .Serious implications can be taken against your co. and employees for fraud, cheating, and providing wrong info according to IPC and you might lose your license for your franchise in Darjeeling. Please take necessary actions as to remove the malpractices as soon as possible or to face legal actions and an article in the local newspapers unmasking the malpractices. .
