Father name mismatch in pan card received - reapplied again, but not yet taken any action.

PAN Application - ack. No. N-[protected] dated : 28/10/2016

There was mistake in my fathers name on my pan card, it was written as JOSEPH JAMES instead of JOSEPH JOSEPH. When I inquired, they told to reapply with all documents. I've reapplied for the correction on 28/10/16. But the status was given as 'father's name repeated'.
I've again send many mails to nsdl to go through my application properly. Again and again...
