Non reciept of pan card

Dear sir,

We have applied for pan card of praveda design and development llp. The acknowledgment no is [protected] as filed on 20 january 2017. We have even dispatched the requisite documents to nsdl on 23 january 2017 which was received by nsdl on 27 january 2017. The speed post tracking no is ed[protected]in. I have even called at customer care cell & registered a complaint on 3rd of february 2017 with nsdl. Still we have...

    An application for issue of PAN Card with correction in PAN Data was filed vide Acknowledgement No. N-[protected] on[protected] . Later checked the status and report states "PAN provided in your request for the New PAN Card/ or Change/ Correction in PAN Data has been deleted / Deactivated by Income Tax Department and is under examination at ITD". Help desk of Aaykar Sampark Kendra suggested to contact Jurisdictional officer.

    On visit to Jurisdictional officer informed that there are to PAN bearing No. AQZPS5444F and AAAPS5124P. Being the assessee using AAAPS5124P and not aware of issuance of AQZPS5444F suggested by the Jurisdictional officer to submit an application with Indemnity Bond to delete PAN bearing No. AQZPS5444F.

    An application for deleting PAN bearing No. AQZPS5444F was filed on[protected] at ASK counter of the jurisdictional officer. The same was received by the jurisdictional officer Ward No. 50 (3) on[protected], who forwarded the same to Additional C.I.T Range 50 on[protected]. Request for the Deletion/ Deactivation of PAN bearing No. AQZPS5444F and to retain PAN bearing No AAAPS5124P was approved by Additional C.I.T Range 50.

    Thereafter Numbers of Calls are made to customer care of NSDL and Income Tax Help desk who keep on giving Complaint Numbers. Ultimately Income Tax Department Help desk ask us to contact only NSDL as their part of Job is over.

    However again visited the Jurisdictional officer Ward No. 50 (3) on[protected] who raised CBN Pan based query and the status shows PAN bearing No AAAPS5124P is retained for Deactivated PAN bearing No. AQZPS5444F refer the Photo attached.

    Please look into the matter that why there is long delay in issuing Corrected PAN Card, when the assessee had already complied with the requisite and is being harassed as stated above. Also fix the responsibility of the concerned for any Loss/ Cost to the assessee in this regard. At the End it is again a folded hand request to do the needful to issue PAN Card at the earliest.

There has been no response untill now and the officers are treating me very badly when I am trying to enquire. Can you please help me resolve this. This is very annoying.           I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my family member. Temporary Token are [protected] and [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.116.20+116.20=232.40. using my debit card. MY balance was deducted from the bank on 21/01/2017 but Aadhar verification was not completed due to mobile number is not registered in aadhar card. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. I have paid an amount of Rs.116.00 using my debit card. MY balance was deducted from the bank on 30/01/2017 but Aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any OTP on their registered Aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. This problem arises due to their OTP verification failure. I need all my money or create a new pan card. they have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of Digital India. Do something for a Change.

                      महोदय कृपया अवगत कराना है कि मेरा नाम- संदीप यादव, एक्‍नालेजमेन्‍ट नं[protected], पी0आर0एन0 नं0- [protected], पी0ए0ओ0 न[protected] है, मैने दिनांक 16 जून, 2016 में अपने प्रान आवंटन से सम्‍बन्‍धित समस्‍त फार्मो को भर कर एवं मुख्‍य कोषाधिकारी तथा डी0डी0ओ0 से हस्‍ताक्षर कराकर कार्वी डाटा मैनेजमेन्‍ट सर्विस लिमिटेड, (सी0आर0ए0 फेसिलिटेशन सेन्‍टर), 94, एम0जी0 मार्ग, अपोजिट गवर्नर हाउस, हजरतगंज, लखनऊ को भेजा था।
                      उपरोक्‍त के सम्‍बन्‍ध में अवगत कराना है कि 07 माह से अधिक का समय व्‍यतीत हो जाने के उपरान्‍त भी अभीतक मेरा प्रान्‍ा नं0 नहीं आवंटित किया गया है। सम्‍बन्‍धित फर्म से बात करने पर उनके द्वारा कोई अच्‍छा रिस्‍पान्‍स भी नहीं दिया जा रहा है। बार-बार फोन कर अपने प्रान्‍ा आवंटन के सम्‍बन्‍ध में पूछे जाने के कारण सम्‍बन्‍धित फर्म द्वारा फोन भी काट दिया जाता है अथवा नहीं उठाया जाता है। कभी कभी फोन लगने पर सायं 05 बजे के बाद फोन करने की बात कही जाती है, सायं को फोन करने पर सुबह 10 बजे के बाद फोन करने की बात कही जाती है।
                      सम्‍बन्‍धित फर्म द्वारा इस प्रकार के प्रतिउत्‍तर दिया जाना उचित नहीं है। उन्‍हें प्रार्थी की समस्‍या का तत्‍काल नियमानुसार निस्‍तारण किया जाना चाहिए, किन्‍तु उनके द्वारा इस प्रकार का रवैया अपनाया जाना उचित नहीं प्रतीत होता है।
                      अत: अनुरोध है कि कृपया इस सम्‍बन्‍ध में अपने स्‍तर से उचित एवं प्रभावी कार्यवाही करने का कष्‍ट करें।

                        Respectfully I want to bring it in your kind information that I Ex ct/gd. Muzaffar Ahmad war from crpf have already submitted a complaint regarding forgot of pran cards pin number I am suffering from another problem. When I entered my password it shows me your account is locked. please help me and unlock my account as early as possible as I already mentioned it in my previous post that I have to submit my documents to my headquarter office. The allotment of PAN and Issuance of Jurisdiction is done by Income Tax Department. Hence we request you to contact your nearest Income Tax Office to get proper guidance on the matter.

                              Application for change request was made and documents submitted. Acknowledgement no n [protected]. Discrepency raised was addressed. Talked to customer care many times and sent the letters as desired. No response till date. Now the customer care no. Is not reachable and we always get the reply that persons are busy.                                     Respected sir i have applied for new pan cards under token numbers [protected] for which rs 117.35 was deducted using internet banking facility of state bank but the message displayed on the screen showed that your amount will be refunded in 6 to 7 days. and then i applied for next pan card under token number [protected] and the amount of rs 111.60 was deducted two times and the message displayed on the screen showed that your amount will be refunded in next seven days. but till now amount has not been refunded in my bank account. kindly look into the matter and reply soon.
