[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Non refund of failed transaction | |||||
Dear sir/madam, I had applied for modification of pan details on https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com on june 6, 2017. For some reason, while paying through sbi debit card the required amount, the transaction failed and my account was debited with rs.116.20. I tried once again but this time too the transaction failed and i was charged rs.116.20. It has been more than a week since then but i still haven't received the refund for these two transactions. The relevant details are mentioned herewith : Date of transaction : june 6, 2017 Temporary token number : [protected] E-mail id : [protected]@gmail.com Total amount deducted : 116.20 x 2 = 232.40 Transaction id (From sbi) : ju[protected] and ju[protected] Kindly initiate the refund process as soon as possible.
