[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — not received otp for e-kyc verification of new pan card application | |||||
I have submitted a request for new pan card application on Jan 4th in NSDL online services website with temporary token number [protected] and have opted for e-kyc verification. I have made the payment of 118.90 RS as processing fee but I have not received the OTP on my registered mobile number with Aadhar database. I have verified the mobile number in Aadhar UIDAI database and it's correct, really not sure why OTP has not been received on my registered number. At least a refund should have been processed i[censored]nable to generate OTP and this is a critical bug in their systems which needs to be addressed. I would be happy to get the refund from NSDL website ASAP as they have not provide the service promised. Was this information helpful? | |||||
