[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Nsdl pan card fee online payment failed but not refunded | |||||
I used NSDL website for a new PAN card on 30th May 2017 online on NDSL website. I got the temporary token number - [protected], and then filled all fields and at the final page went to pay the fee by online payment through Bill Desk and internet banking. After making the required payment, the amount got deducted from my bank account but when redirecting back to NSDL web site, got the below error message: "Your Previous payment request has been cancelled. Your Money will be refunded back. Kindly make another fresh payment." I tried again but second time also got the same error message, payment failed two times so paid twice (Rs.998.60 + Rs.998.60 - pan fee for overseas address) 3rd time it went through but there no track of the failed transactions or the refund of the money. All I can see is in my bank account the below two failed transactions First failed transaction Date: 30/05/2017 Description: BIL/[protected]/pan_application/NSDLPAN Amount: Rs. 998.60 Second failed transaction Date: 30/05/2017 Description BIL/[protected]/pan_application/NSDLPAN Amount: Rs. 998.60 As on 3rd June 2017 the money not refunded, NSDL please help me in getting my money back. Jun 9, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved There was no reply from NSDL, however I did email Billdesk customer support with the failed transaction numbers and got reply from them saying will look into the issue.
After 2 days refund has been appeared on my bank account. NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

Sir i have request to you to returned my pan card as soon as possible my pan card no is HCWPS7887E and my application coupon no is u[protected] and my mobole no is [protected] may i have request to you to please resend my pan card at my near post office.

My Acknowledgement Number is 11293207 and the Acknowledgement Date is 07/05/2017. When I try to Complete Pending Registration, I get the message "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway.Please try again after sometime." I am getting this message for the last 1 hour.
