Sir maine pan carrection ke liye online 23/01/2020 ko apply kiya tha mere 2 baar paise kat liye gaye and massage aaya ki aapke paise refund ho jaayenge likin 2 weeks se uper ho gaye hain kuch nahi mila...

Hi sir i vaishnavi, on 7th Feb i applied for new pan card online.i have online payment receipt also. I got acknowledgement number is [protected]. But when i checked status of my pan it is showing no record found.
Plz resolve my problem cause i want pan card very urgent.
I was applying for PAN card online, I made payment but it was failed and amount debited from my bank account I again made payment the same situation happened again. It has been a week I haven't received refund yet.

Acknowledgement number N-[protected] for PAN CQGPK7509C: Since last 3 weeks i am following up for my PAN card Name change update and i have submmited all the required documents but till date there is no positive response.
I require this updated PAN for my Passport application which is scheduled this Friday, Requesting you to provide my e PAN asap.
