[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Online PAN status did not changed since feb month 2017 | |||||
I have applied for PAN changes in feb month and since then the status of online tracking is same as following. "Your application for 'New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data' is under process at Income Tax Department" i've also submitted complaint from NSDL website and in response i received the following email later. ================== Dear Sir / Madam, With regard to verification of your abovementioned application and PAN application documents, we would like to inform you that the documents received on February 28, 2017, are found to be in order during preliminary verification. Application data for PAN {{********}} will be compared with Income Tax Department's database. Discrepancies, if any, observed during the aforesaid verification of PAN data will be informed to you separately." ================== According to that email, my documents are clear and accurate then why it is still taking too much time to send PAN? i've tried to find NSDL on twitter but they are still living in 90s and not available on twitter, are you guys are too tired to not check applications that are filled online and still prefer offline method?
