[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — PAN ( AJXXXXXX5N ) entered by you is not in proper status in Income Tax Department Database

Dear Sir/Madam,

Regarding my father's PAN CARD number AJXXXXXX5N,

When I tried reprinting the PAN card which was lost. I encountered the below error

PAN ( AJXXXXXX5N ) entered by you is not in proper status in the Income Tax Department Database. Please write to us at dpr.[protected]@nsdl.co.in with a color copy of your PAN Card to look into the matter.

I don't have a photocopy of the PAN card. What would be the further process to get the duplicate PAN card? Also, the PAN card address needs to be updated as we have been moved out of that city.

Looking forward to your help to resolve the issue.
