    I have APY account trying to forget password or generate password.
    but showing PRAN not found in database.

    i am not able to open NPS account and can not re generate or another account of PRAN,

      When i try to reset the password it shows "Pending Reset IPin/Re-Issue of IPin request is already present for this USER ID/PRAN".

        Registered for a new pan card through ekyc/esgin aadhar method. Successfully paid and generated the e-pan.

        However, no update on the physical card dispatchment.

          EKYC failed for PAN update

          Getting error:
          Your e-KYC based request has failed due to length of address present in Aadhaar exceeds the maximum length of address accepted in PAN Application form. Hence, your PAN application cannot be processed using e-KYC mode. However, this application can be processed using scanned documents with e-Sign / physical mode by generating new token.           Pending Reset IPin/Re-Issue of IPin request is already present for this USER ID/PRAN 1102****15

          I'm trying to reset password for generating I pin and I'm getting the below error.

          "Pending Reset IPin/Re-Issue of IPin request is already present for this USER ID/PRAN."

          Looks like the request pending with the nodal officer and the PRAN number is "[protected]".

          Hope this get resolved at the earliest....

          1. when I login to download pan

          PAN entered by you is not in proper status in Income Tax Department Database. Please write to us at dpr.[protected]@nsdl.co.in with colour copy of PAN Card to look into the matter.

          I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding the delivery of my PAN card, which I recently applied for with the conversion from minor to major status. According to the tracking details available online, my application reached Madhubani, but there is no record of an attempted delivery at my home address in Mangrauni, Madhubani bihar.

          I have not received any communication or notification from the delivery personnel regarding the attempted delivery or any instructions for collection. As a result, the PAN card has not been delivered to me.

          I kindly request your urgent intervention to ensure the re-delivery of my PAN card to my residential address at Mangrauni, Madhubani bihar . Enclosed with this letter are the necessary documents to verify my identity and the details of my PAN application.

          I understand the importance of possessing a PAN card, especially for financial and official transactions. Therefore, I would highly appreciate your prompt action in resolving this matter and facilitating the delivery of my PAN card to the correct address.

              I m not able to open account in eNPS

              I encountered an issue registering for an NPS account on the eNPS portal (payment issue initially, then couldn't proceed). Happy to provide the error message you're getting if you have it....

              Enps- payment gateway failure

              I was in the process of registering for nps account. I updated my details and uploaded the required documents. Then i tried to make payment but got stuck at payment gateway. Now i am trying to login using my acknowledgement id and date, but i am getting following error from last 2 days.

              "registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try again after sometime."

              I have recently registered for eNPS, I deposited a sum of 2000 rupees and received an acknowledgement as well as a PRAN number.

              While trying to set my PRAN password, I am receiving an error saying PRAN not found in data base.

              Why am I even facing this issue on the first place, this is a national website and it has such broken pipelines for storing my data?
              This goes against network and security guide lines from the Indian constitution and I can file a case for the same. Please look into the matter immediately.

                I have corrected my Pan card on 26th February 2024. The payment was successful and the application was also successful. But when I checked the track option, it displayed "No records found".

                  When I tried reprinting the PAN card which was lost. I encountered the below error
