[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — pan application show no record found | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I wish to bring to your knowledge that i am facing an error with online status check for pan card application dated 16/07/2018 (Acknowledgement number : [protected]). According to the services provided by NSDL for e-sign mode i should be able to check the status of my pan card application since the document upload and payment has been made online and i even received a mail from NSDL with receipt of payment and a pdf file of my application form. The e-sign mode for pan card application was really great since it eliminated the hassles of physically sending the documents and a demand draft but was not able to check the status of the same ( it shows no record found ) I kindly request you to look into the matter. Aug 28, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jul 24, 2018 NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Customer Care's response Your PAN application is processed by NSDL and forwarded to Income Tax Department (ITD) for allotment of PAN. We are following up with ITD for earliest resolution.
