[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — pan card address change and reprint

My temp token no — [protected] and email id is [protected]@hotmail.com and dob is 27 jul 1988.

I applied for pan card address change and reprint through nsdl website. Money has been paid through my netbanking rs 106.90. E-kyc is done and in final step message is received that your request cannot be processed please try after some time. I tried twice but same error message. Please solve my problem or refund my rs 106.90.

NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Customer Care's response Your PAN application is processed by NSDL e-Gov and forwarded to ITD for further processing. Further, PAN applicants are requested to note that on account of COVID-19 outbreak and Govt. advisories issued in this context, there will be delays in dispatch of PAN cards.
