Hi, I just applied for PAN card through your website for my mother and below is the token ID: [protected] Name: Vani Desai Below site - https://resident.uidai.gov.in/web/resident/vidgeneration can't be reached. 16 digit VID is not getting generated and seems this is important before I apply for e-KYC.
