[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — PAN card application documents delivered 2 weeks ago but status not updated | |||||
I had applied for duplicate PAN card online on 12/02/2017 and had sent all the documents to NSDL office in Pune by Speed post. I can see that the documents were delivered at the NSDL office on 18/02/2017 but the status on the NSDL website says "We have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your application for 'New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data'.". I have been trying to call the helpline no. for 1 week now but it is never available and also not received reply to my email.. I have attached the Delivery Confirmation of Indiapost website.
