Sir/madam, I have applied for new pan card on 10th march 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below. "thank you for using online facility for pan application. If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents." Mar 13, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved They have processed my application and pan card will be delivered to my address. NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Mar 06, 2018 tgupta07's response Hi, I created a eNPS account and I received the PRAN number as well on my registered eMail. When I tried to reset iPIN online, it says — pran not found in database. So because of this I'm unable to reset my password. Also I'm unable to make subsequent payment because of IPIN issue. Could you help me in this regard please? Hi,
I created a eNPS account and I received the PRAN number as well on my eMail.
When I tried to reset iPIN, it says — pran not found in database.
Could you help me in this regard please?
