[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Pan card delay more than one month

I Pankaj applied for new PAN on 10 feb 2017 .My acknowledgment number is [protected].My application status is "under process at ITD" from last 15 days . I tried to contact NSDL multiple times but there helpline number is not working . it always show line busy and i also sent some mails but no reply . i need pan in my job . my salary got stuck because of this . i don't know what to do.

Your PAN application is rejected by Income Tax Department (ITD) as Aadhaar card number mentioned in the PAN application already exists for another PAN.Kindly write us at [protected]@nsdl.co.in for further details.
