[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — pan card dispatch | |
My name is poonam devi. I applied for pan card in march 2017 My application no is u[protected]. I haven't received my card and yhe status showed that it was returned undelivered. I contacted pan card office mumbai and they told me to submit a mail and call again. It's been five months and i have tried calling them hundreds of times but my call is not received. Verified Support Nov 24, 2017 NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Customer Care's response "We would like to inform you that we are unable to trace your PAN details on the basis of given information or the PAN application does not belong to NSDLe-Gov. If applied through NSDL e-Gov, please provide the 15 digit acknowledgement number to enable us to provide further information. The other agency appointed by Income Tax Department for this purpose is UTI Infrastructure Technology and Services Ltd. having its office at Plot No. – 3, Sector 11, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai-400 614.
