Status of pan card no BXPPA6382Q shows that pan card returned original due to refusal of card holder. this is totally wrong. I went to the office of the first flight courier co.at vaishali nagar after the phone call of the courier co saying that your area is out of our coverage & you have to collect from there office.but there I was told that your card is sent to another office which is around five kms. from the vaishali office & that was closed then & I have to collect that on another day or they will deliver it to my home. please enquire and take some action against the courier co.
