[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — PAN card not received please help | |
What I don’t understand is inspite of so many complaints why NSDL dispatches important documents like PAN via this pathetic service provider like Trackon courier? No one picks the call, alternate number is out of order, no one provides an update on Twitter, no other way to communicate. Highly disappointing service. My consignment number is[protected]. My acknowledgment number is [protected]. It shows delivered to self. I did not receive anything neither anyone in my family recieve anything. What am I supposed to do now? My Name is U Dhanushkoti i have applied for pan card on 20th June 2021 with customer code - A3879540, and they sent me the objection for mismatch name in aadhar card and i have retrieve it and responded to the objection (given explanation to the objection) on July 8th, till now i didnt receive any update and i have not received my pan card.
I need the pan card on an urgent basis as I need to submit to the Bank ASAP.
Please consider my request and do the needful.
