[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — pan card online status showing as no records found

Address:New Delhi, Delhi, 110027

Hi,

I submitted the request to change my address in pan on 12th of october, 2019.
And now when i check the status of the same online, it is showing as "sorry, no records found.

How is this possible?
I have the application number with me that is n-[protected].
Its been 10 days and my application is showing in your database.

Please look into this as soon as possible.

Your PAN application is processed by NSDL and forwarded to Income Tax Department (ITD) to update the changes requested in PAN application.
Sir/Madam,

I have applied for correction of name in pancard online in nsdl with ekyc i got the acknowledgment mail for the same, but when i am checking status online and also when i send NSDLPAN msg to 57575.
