Respected sir, My name is pavankumar s r i am from bengaluru i had applied for my pan card but the it hasn't delivered to me instead the courier company has sent it back. I. E my pan card has been returned undelivered. I need it for an emergency. Please kindly do the needful When i visited blue dart they said they'll keep it for only one day..
