My name is mattaparthi durga kishore. I have applied for pan card. The pan card was sent through blue dart courier service. I was not available at the given address on the day of delivery so the pan card returned back to the sender undelivered. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. I request you to resend the pan card to the same given address. Aug 22, 2017 raman871's response Yesterday... 21.08.2017I visited the treasure department to see my s2 form correction process bt the officer... jst lost my papers. He told me to submit the s2 form again to continue the process. Sir plz solve my problem... It's being 16 months bt nothing happend.
