[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — pan card status is the same from a long time | |
Hello, I have applied online for correction in pan data and requested for physical pan card to be dispatched. I received e-pan on my email. But the status of my physical pan card has been the same from a long time now. It says.. "your application for 'new pan card or/and changes or correction in pan data' has been accepted by the income tax department. Your pan card will be dispatched to you shortly." Aug 16, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Status has been updated to "PAN CARD DISPATCHED VIA BLUEDART".
I received my PAN Card today. NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Aug 21, 2019 NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Customer Care's response Your PAN card has been dispatched on 13-Aug-2019 by Blue Dart Express Ltd courier vide airway bill no. [protected], at the address for communication indicated by you in the application.

I applied for new pan card on nsdl website. First payment was failed by the website. Second was successful. But didn't get any confirmation response, no acknowledgement number. Also they deducted money twice from my bank account.
