[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Pan correction status ack no-[protected]

Dear sir/madam

I requested to change pan details on 23rd may. Applied filling 49a form. Used the e-sign method through aadhar. It clearly said that no physical forward of documents required. But now the status says we have not received the documents. Acknowledgement no-[protected]. I didn't expect this. Now i'm unable to contact them on phone. Please help

I have submitted online application for pan change on 01/02/2017 and submitted all documents through speed post my acknowledge no is [protected] and online tracking status is attached herewith

nearly 4 months have passed but i have not recieved pan card( updated)
