[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Pan modification request is pending since long... | |||||
Dear Sir \ Madam, This is to bring your kind notice that I had requested to NSDL dept. for PAN card modification i.e. in the second line were my father name should be mentioned over there my grand father's name is mentioned. For that I had submitted request on 3rd dec'16 and paid all the relevant charges over the internet and submitted all the relevant proofs through simple post and got acknowledgment from NSDL dept. on 10th dec'16 that the physical documents has been received by them. Post that I waiting for the reply but hard luck then logged a complaint on NSDL portal post that I getting response on 28th Dec'16 that submitted proofs does not suffice need to submitted some proof, so I am ready to submit the same but need some more clarification on this for this I am taking follow up from customer center from 10+ days but they are not taking effort to reply at least. If reply is observed that is also not relevant. When I am trying to reach them over phone at that time also there phone is coming busy for more then hours. And if the call is picked up then representative keep their call on hold over 20 mins. which is really time wasting. I just want clarity that documents need to be submitted. So please intervene and guide your team to help the end user with proper guidelines unless and unnecessarily I am getting harassed in this process. Also what father's proof need to be submitted please elaborate as just need to change my father name in place of my grand father name which was placed by mistakenly in the second line. Also I'll submit my Passport copy in which my father's name and Date of Birth both are mentioned. Any more details are required do please let me know now itself, so I'll submit the same at once. Post receiving the all the required details please keep this on priority as it is already pending since too long. However, as of now I have submitted Aadhar Card copy and PAN card copy. Moreover, more then 50 chain mails are going on but no exact requirement is understand. So please please please escalate the same to required person who can take the action accordingly. I have been taking followup on mail id which is mentioned in comment by NSDL team but no one has courtesy to revert or acknowledge the mail at least. More then 50 chains mails are going on but no response from their end. If required I can submit the mail evidence too. This chain is going on because I just wanted to confirm that will be submitting my father's aadhar card copy and mine passport copy will it suffice for placing my father's name in place of my grand father's name which was by mistakenly placed. I had posted such proofs yesterday, was just waiting for the response from NSDL whether any other proof is required so that I can post the same at once but bad luck i.e. no response from NSDL team.
Even I tried to reach them on phone number mentioned in comment but I am just holding the phone more then 20 mins and was just listening recorded voice of computer that executives are busy in other work and then again I tried to reach them in evening around 7 PM but same result. Any how I am trying to reach them but no luck.

I have been debited an amount for last one and half year and at last it shows wrong PRAN, is this how a govt service work.
