[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — pan not active yet

I recieved my pan allotment sms on 5th of november on my provided contact number and i've downloaded my epan but when i try to register on incometaxefilling website it says 'no record found for given pan', same with digilocker or other services using pan as kyc.

My pan number is jbgpk8075r

And acknowledgement number is

I applied my pancard through kyc and i paid the fee but it got cancelled because of aadhaar verification.It got cancelled twice but i didnt get refund for the two transactions.i got a notification that it would be refunded in 7 days bt i didnt get refund till now.it has been already more than 10 days.
