[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — pan status is not changed even i delivered all documents successfully by nsdl

I have applied for pan application online at nsdl for my ward (Son) kushagra singh and paid all fees.
I have already sent the supporting documents to nsdl pune address

(Managed by nsdl e-governance infrastructure limited)
4th floor, mantri sterling, plot no. 341,
Survey no. 997/8, model colony,
Near deep bungalow chowk,
Pune - 411 016

But it still showing the following message when i track the pan status
(We have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your pan application. Kindly submit the requisite documents to nsdl to enable us to process your pan application at the earliest. For further details, please read the guidelines and instructions or contact tin call center at[protected]
I have already delivered it to said address with india post office - speed post service.
I received a message from india post declaring they have delivered it to destination.

It got resolved by NSDL as information got updated in PAN tracking portal at https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pantan/StatusTrack.html Now there are no issues left. THANK YOU

Dear Sir,

I have pran no[protected], which is showing that pran does not exist and tells enter a valid PRAN, while making payment. Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible. Since 2 year I am unable to pay in my PRAN account.
