[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — pan status not known and helpline unresponsive

I am aashish kumar jaiswal and applied for pan card through karvy nirala nagar branch, acknowledgement number is n-[protected].
I am unable to get its status and the helpline number of this branch are unresponsive so i am facing a problem in opening my salary account.
Kindly resolve it as soon as possible so that i can open my salary account with my pan.
