I need to make changes in my pan card name, tried thrice it deducted money but on the next page it again asked for otp which i never get, now all the 3 attempts stands failed and gives error as: "incorrect otp. You have exceeded maximum number of limits to generate otp. Hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode.
