I have opened an Atal pension Yojana account in HDFC bank on 15/09/2021. There has been no amount deducted from by main Hdfc bank and also when I checked online for status of Pran it’s showing no data found . Please help in resolving this issue

I have created the NPS account today and when I am trying to generate ipin through PRAN number, it is showing PRAN is not found in the database, and on getting annual statement it is sowing invalid PRAN number.
Please check and let me know if anything pending from my end.

PRAN not found in Database -
After creating new eNPS account on the official site, we need to reset password using PRAN number which will be received in an email also after completing registration. If anyone try to reset the password within 24 hours of registration, user will get an error saying PRAN not found in Database, so try after 24 hours to reset the password successfully. If it's still not resolved contact to NDSL with this number[protected], they will help for sure. Please comment for any other query

I completed enps registration on 02 /01/2023, acknowledgement no[protected] and received pran card on 04/01/2023 pran no[protected], but after that when l am going to login or otp Othentication it is showing invalid pran no or incorrect acknowledgement no. How I shall solve the problem?
