But when i checked the status of consignment online it is showing that the pan card is returned back with the status "undelivered shipment held at location". But i didn't get any call concerning the delivery of my pan card.

Hi,
I have applied for changes in pan card that includes name and address.

I have annexed a government gazette for name change support and i have also attached my aadhaar with has my new name along with current address (Which i wanted to update in my pan). I have also attached 2 photographs.

I have done this on 05/oct/2017 and till now there is no update or response on the same.

pan card no status in process even after one month

It has been a month almost i have applied for lost pan card and status is still in progress.

Tried calling on customer care but no response was there as nobody picked up.

This is the second time i have applied for it as first it didn't reach the pan center, don't know the reason although courier service tracking mentioned delivered.

This time, pan card required urgently.

Please help...

I have applied for a pan card on 12th Oct. My acknowledgment number is [protected]. When I entered my acknowledgment number to know my status it is written that your application is under process. It is urgently required. It takes almost 10-12 days but there is no result.
