[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — pran not found in database - issue with nps

Hi.
I have created the nps account of tier - 1 type. And pran is also generated. But while setting ipin or while login, i am getting error as pran not found in database.

Could you please help me with this. As i'm not able to access, or even check the contribution made for this pran.

how to solve nsdl pran not found in database

I have applied for the TAN, mean while saving the acknowledgement receipt, due to few technical issues I was unable to download the same.
From where I can get copy of acknowledgement so that I can send the signed copy to the department.

Now i am trying to login using my acknowledgement id and date, but i am getting following error from last 4 days.

"registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try again after sometime."

Hello,

I am online registered NPS through Aadhar based KYC, got PRAN number with e-sign form, welcome kit. Then, i am trying to set I-PIN through PRAN, but unable to do that. It is showing "PRAN not found in database"

Could you please help me in this issue.

Good Day..

I have registered with NPS and PRAN created on 18th Mar 2019. As the KYC verification was not completed, my account got freeze.

If I try to login or register a complaint in the grievance site, I am getting an error message as the PRAN is invalid and not in the database.

Could you please guide me with the right contact to activate and complete the KYC for further investment.
