I applied for the pan card approx one month before and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :
Your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days.
Now its been over a month but neither the refund has come nor e-kyc has completed.
Please refund my money. Details are given below:

    I have applied for correction pan card on 05/03/2020 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

    "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

    If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

    But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

      Pan application token number [protected] on dated 15/02/2020 fees rs. Paid 106.90. Pan application made in the name of devika stvankumar
      Shah. But some technical or data not provided in form so application reject. But till the time i have not received said refund amount. Please do the necessary at early. I hope favourable reply me. If any further information and document / proof required let me know early.

        I have applied for new pan card on 4th march 2020 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number [protected]. On completion of the process i have received message like below.

          E-kyc for my mother (Senior citizen) failed after payment with below message.

          Your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days.

          Will i get refund? How do i know the exact reason of failure? Why is an important website like this is always showing failure messages? Any steps taken for this? I lost similar money last year too.

            Hello,

            Details:

            Pan application - token. No. [protected] dated :[protected]:13:17.467

            It's too worst... You all are cheaters...
            Getting money... But failed didn't refund... This is the case of so, many...

            Why are you not verify before that... It's eligible for online... Or not... Only after paying money... You said... Your application is not possible to process online... Please try offline in the centres...

            What is this...

            3 of my friends lost money... And didn't get their refund for even after 1 year... 6 months...

            This is the biggest cheating and scam... Of nsdl...

            This amount may be small but you take from crores of people and didn't refund... Scam is also in crores...

            In my case also same thing happens... For looting people money... You can do some other job...

            I think as putting my money to the beggar plate... Poor beggar...

              My Acknowledgement Number is 11092636 and the Acknowledgement Date is 01/03/2020. When I try to Complete Pending Registration, I get the message "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway.Please try again after sometime." I am getting this message for the last 11 hours.

                      pran not found in database - issue with nps

                      Hi.
                      I have created the nps account of tier - 1 type. And pran is also generated. But while setting ipin or while login, i am getting error as pran not found in database.

                      Could you please help me with this. As i'm not able to access, or even check the contribution made for this pran.

                      Respected sir,
                      I have applied for e-pan on nsdl through e-kyc aadhar on 21/02/20 around 2.30 am, and i received message that you have been allotted pan number and can be downloaded through the provided mail in pan application. But i didnt received any mail where i can download my pan.
                      So i use nsdl pan downloading link and downloaded my epan but verifying pan through e-filing it says no record found for such pan.
                      My pan number is cchpj1670a i have my epan pdf file with me plzz check what is the problem and help me out.
                      My mobile and email are properly linked with pan as i have been able to download my pan though nsdl pan download link.

                        I used nsdl website to create a new pan card of myself. My temporary token is [protected]. I used e-kyc option for aadhar verification. I paid an amount of rs.106.90 using paytm twice. My first transaction failed and the site told to repay so i payed another rs106.90 which takes the total to rs213.8. My balance was deducted from my paytm account on 25/02/2020 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on my registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days. This problem arises due to their otp verification failure. I need all my money or create a new pan card. They have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of digital india. Do something for a change.

                          I use nsdl website to create a new pan card of my neighbor. Temporary token is [protected]. I payment to nsdl through my debit card, but payment failed, so my pan card not create, but 107.00 amount deducted my bank account on 27/01/2020. Then i make another payment and this payment failed. 2 times payment faild on 31/01/2020 and total 107+107=214 amount deducted my bank.22 day passes yet but i have no received any of my refund this 2 payment. I request my money refund quickly.

                            for cancellation of my loan application

                            Dear sir

                            I am chandan kumar from kesariya bihar.
                            Sir i applied for my education loan by vidyalakshmi portal (Nsdl) on dated 10-dec-19. After two month i have not get any response from the bank so i decided to visit personality to other bank and i got confirmation for my loan and they advice me to apply again by vidyalakshmi poral but due to my privious application i can not apply again unless the privious application...

                            Sir/madam,

                            I have applied for reprint of pan card on 18th Feb 2019 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

                            "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                            If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                            But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                              We have applied for a pan for trust in feburary 2019. Some objection was marked which we provided clarification. Since then we are chasing up and each and every time nsdl people on call just say we have sent application to language expert please wait for 5-10 day. While waiting for 5-10 days 1 year has been lapsed but pan is not printed by them. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.
