I tried to apply for pan card online through e-sign. I entered the correct details and amount was deducted. I also did the aadhar verification multiple times. But i keep getting the error - 'your request cannot be processed, please try again after sometime'. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

    I am priyanshu shrivastava i applied for pan card on 5 feb 2020 and i got a email which contains my e pan card and nsdl shows me that it's expected delivery in on 15 feb 2020 but still it is not delivered to me and when i check my pan status on nsdl it shows expected date but when i check status at courier company's website it shows that courier is delivered to me, i want to know how is it possible they are making their costumers fool collectively as we all know that pan number is very confidential please help me and i want my wasted time to be refund in another form by faulty company and want to know that why they make such collab to frauds. I am providing some details.

      I filled the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign verification process which is second option.
      The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp multiple times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime'. It has been 3 days. I am not able to proceed further.

        I applied for the pan card approx one month before and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :
        Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.
        now its been over a month but neither the refund has come nor e-kyc has completed.
        Please refund my money.Details are given below:

          Dear all sir/madam,

          My name is sajan meitei, and i am 28 years old guy.
          I want to file a complaint against my father. He is a ex service man and he did so many mistakes inside the family.

          He married a second women without giving a divorce to my mom.
          Secondly, we are stating with each other now but my mother is getting only 30% pension and for this also my father abused, my father fight with my mom on an daily basis. I am getting married on june 2019, my wife is pregnant now. But they are not treating well with her.

          Mah aaplogse itna chahata hu ki meri ko 50% mile pension aur mere aise baap ko saja mile. Bilkul jaruri hai yeee. Kyuki woh janwar hai. What is life he don't know please please please all the officers achcha se sochna aur please hamare ish family matter pe help kare.. Hum baut thak chuke hai. Hamesha meri maaa ko maarne ka ghar se nikal dene ka dhamki deta hai. Aise maahol pe hum nahi rhe paarahe hai.. Mah tou chahata hu ki pension rok dohhh yaaa 2 saadi karne kaa saja dohh.. Aaplogki aur se kuchh nahi hota naa tou assam rifle se humlogoka bharosha hat jaayega.

          Mah public court mah v complaint karne wala hu ishse pehele mah aap logoka jawab sunna chahata ahu ki assam rifle ek indian rules ke hisaab se agar koi jawan aisa kare apne family ke saath tou ushka saja kya hota hai.

My balance was deducted from the bank on 08/03/2020 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile...

            nps: pran number not found in database

                    E-kyc for my mother (Senior citizen) failed after payment with below message.

                      It's too worst... You all are cheaters...
                      Getting money... But failed didn't refund... This is the case of so, many...

                      Why are you not verify before that... It's eligible for online... Or not... Only after paying money... You said... Your application is not possible to process online... Please try offline in the centres...

                      What is this...

                      3 of my friends lost money... And didn't get their refund for even after 1 year... 6 months...

                      This is the biggest cheating and scam... Of nsdl...

                      This amount may be small but you take from crores of people and didn't refund... Scam is also in crores...

                      In my case also same thing happens... For looting people money... You can do some other job...

                      I think as putting my money to the beggar plate... Poor beggar...

                              I have applied for PAN card correction online and paid the amount 106.90 via paytm on 05-Feb-2020 but the application failed due to aadhaar verification.It has been 14 days I still haven't got the refund amount.Can u please process my refund amount?

                                pran not found in database - issue with nps

                                Hi.
                                I have created the nps account of tier - 1 type. And pran is also generated. But while setting ipin or while login, i am getting error as pran not found in database.

                                Could you please help me with this. As i'm not able to access, or even check the contribution made for this pran.

                                Respected sir,
                                I have applied for e-pan on nsdl through e-kyc aadhar on 21/02/20 around 2.30 am, and i received message that you have been allotted pan number and can be downloaded through the provided mail in pan application. But i didnt received any mail where i can download my pan.
                                So i use nsdl pan downloading link and downloaded my epan but verifying pan through e-filing it says no record found for such pan.
                                My pan number is cchpj1670a i have my epan pdf file with me plzz check what is the problem and help me out.
                                My mobile and email are properly linked with pan as i have been able to download my pan though nsdl pan download link.

                                  I used nsdl website to create a new pan card of myself. My temporary token is [protected]. I used e-kyc option for aadhar verification. I paid an amount of rs.106.90 using paytm twice. My first transaction failed and the site told to repay so i payed another rs106.90 which takes the total to rs213.8. My balance was deducted from my paytm account on 25/02/2020 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on my registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days. This problem arises due to their otp verification failure. I need all my money or create a new pan card. They have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of digital india. Do something for a change.
