[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — pran not found in database [registered on 28/04/2018]

Hi,

I had completed my e-nps registration on 28th april 2018 and had made an initial contribution of rs 1000. I am unable to login to the cra-nsdl website as it shows an error message saying "pran not found in database" when i try to reset my ipin for password generation. Please help.
Please let me know if you need any further details from me to resolve this.
