Sir, i applied for a pan card but due to technical issue the site said your previous payment was cancelled money will be refunded then i again make a payment thn it also has been declined due to aadhar updation. In this way i paid two times processing fee of rs.120. 1st transaction no. - jsbi[protected]igabrlnrq5 2nd transaction no. - jsbi[protected]igabrlmrj3 Hopw you will concern on my issue.
