[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — refund of pan application

I applied for pan card application and my money got deducted from bank but the transaction failed. I want my momey back. Please refund my amount. I paid through airtel money, please refund my amount.
The transaction occurred today and an amount of 105 was deducted from my account. When can i expect my refund? Please let me know.
These failed transactions are so unfair
