Dear authority, i had apply for pan card correction on dated 02/06/2017. I applied through e-kyc and made payment of 116.20 twice. Both time amount deducted from bank account through debit card i authencated my e-kyc. It failes both the time saying your previous payment request has been cancelled. Verified Support Jun 13, 2017 NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Customer Care's response Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. For every unsuccessful transaction, the PAN fees which is debited from your account, will be revered/credited within 7 working days.
